This role is important to use Snap software to gather data, analyse  and present it to ensure that we at Magic Breakfast maximises our impact in schools and keep our programme delivery on track by collating and analysing meaningful data from a wide range of sources to inform our decisions and to demonstrate our impact.

The key responsibilities of the role are :

  • To develop a clear understanding of what we need to know and how to find this out, and to take account of stakeholder needs, making sure that processes are simple, transparent and non-bureaucratic
  • To define and co-ordinate stakeholder reporting, both financial and impact related, and ensure that this is timely, accurate and can be used to make smart decisions
  • To ensure that we use date effectively to continue to learn and evaluate what’s working, what we need to do more of, do differently or to stop, to achieve our goals and to spot and act on opportunities
  • To make sure that the cost benefit and value of what we’re doing is clear and can be quickly communicated and understood by all our stakeholders
  • To build our evidence base by managing large scale research and evaluation projects and collaborating with academic bodies and other relevant partners
  • To ensure that information provision and flow across the organisation is straightforward, easy to access and helpful
  • To support colleagues to be influential in lobbying, with key influencers and in schools by providing compelling evidence and tools to measure the impact of breakfast clubs
  • Co-ordinates reporting for the charity liaising closely with the fundraising, policy and partnership, communication and senior management teams.
  • Working with the wider charity sector to share knowledge and learning including giving presentation, attending meetings and round tables. 

The successful candidate will have  a number of skills ranging from Programme Management and Data Analysis, to team Working skills. They will have excellent experience of using Excel, MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience essential).
