Our client is the support charity for the UK's advertising and media industry. As an organisation they help to support a broad range of service users, maintaining wellbeing at the heart of their mission. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced, person-orientated Senior Support Advisor to provide confidential, impartial and tailored guidance and support via their Advice Line.

As Senior Wellbeing Advisor you will communicate empathetically with clients both over the phone, by email or in person, and will provide relevant information and tailored guidance on a variety of issues, including employee relations matters, wellbeing and emotional support. You will use coaching skills to help clients explore their options and will decide on the best course of action based on the information available, referring clients to other internal sources of help, and other external, specialist support services. You will manage applications from clients for Support and Upskilling Grants, processing applications, presenting to the Support Committee and distributing grants. You will continually encourage knowledge-sharing within the Support Team and wider organisation, and will keep up to date with relevant happenings across the UK advertising and media industry.

To apply for this role you must have excellent interpersonal skills, including a high level of empathy and strong active listening skills. You must have in-depth experience of providing HR/employment law guidance, and proven coaching skills. You must have clear understanding of factors that impact on a client's wellbeing, and significant experience of providing information and support geared towards improving wellbeing. Overall, you will be positive, proactive and passionate about providing a high level of advisory support for people across the advertising and media industry.
