Our client is a leading charity operating nationwide, providing support, advice, and representing the interests of their client groups. They are now seeking an Interim Director of Finance and Resources to provide strategic leadership of their finance and operations.

Working closely with the Chief Executive you will be providing inspirational leadership and taking strategic responsibility for the financial management and direction of the charity. This includes developing long-term financial forecasts, managing all of our financial systems and reporting. The post holder will play a key role in shaping the organisation, providing a strategic operational lead for finance, IT and HR ensuring that all activities are financially viable and engage proactively with our Board and other stakeholders.

We are seeking a commercially minded qualified accountant, with significant leadership and team management experience. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate significant strategic financial experience with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive system and process improvements. Highly analytical and strategic you will enjoy working across organisations and have the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be proficient in communicating complex financial information concise, providing recommendations and clear directions
