Prospectus is delighted to be collaborating with an international children's charity to recruit their new Senior Philanthropy Manager to shape and deliver their Philanthropy strategy. This role will be focused on fundraising from high net worth individuals (HNWIs), including international fundraising.  You will be joining an award winning team and the role will be building on the organisation's highly successful track record and committed supporter base. This is an exciting time to be joining the organisation as they work towards their ambitious mission to double their income in the next five years.

Reporting to and working in partnership with the Head of Major Partnerships, the Senior Philanthropy Manager will manage the Philanthropy programme, working closely with key influencers to identify new opportunities and drive a strong prospect pipeline. The Senior Philanthropy Manager will lead the Philanthropy Team to achieve income targets and support professional development and growth.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable successes in major donor fundraising (from HNWIs) within the charity sector. The organisation is looking for someone with some leadership experience as well as forecasting, managing and reporting on budgets.
