Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading hospice based in Colchester to recruit an Individual Giving Fundraiser to join their dedicated fundraising team. This role is being offered on a part time basis, with the post holder working 22.5 hours flexibly over three days.

This is a key position for the team, with a leading role in driving legacy and in-memory fundraising income, maximising opportunities for growth and building strong relationships with donors. The Individual Giving Fundraiser will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to devise an effective and creative marketing plan with the aim of reaching and engaging new supporters, as well as undertaking accurate analysis of targets and reporting back to senior management. Utilising their tact and sensitivity, they will promote the hospice’s legacy and in-memory fundraising to external audiences, engaging with campaigns and initiatives across the wider fundraising team.

The hospice is seeking someone with fundraising, customer care or relationship management experience; legacy and in-memory fundraising experience is ideal but not essential. They will be a great communicator, with an engaging and dynamic writing style that captures the attention of supporters. With the ability to manage multiple projects, they will be self-motivated and proactive and have excellent attention to detail.
