Our client, a Sunday Times top 100 Company to work for, are looking for a Senior Manager to join their busy and successful Advisory and Impact Department

The Role:

The Advisory and Impact team undertakes a range of work for charities, the public sector and private sector clients. As Advisory and Impact Senior Manager you will take a lead on the development of the Impact Management practice, including working with members of the Advisory and Impact Management Team to set strategic direction for the development of this business area. The role will include leading on the delivery of:

-Social and economic impact analysis/evaluation for clients including charities, social enterprises, corporate clients and public sector bodies

-Consultancy assignments linked to development of Theory of Change, development of strategy and development/revision of operational models to enhance impact

-Working alongside other members of the team to deliver strategic and transactional projects

The Person:

The right person for this role will live the organisation's values and have a strong interest in and understanding of charitable causes and responsible business.

With a good grounding in economics and experience of economic evaluations you will have strong knowledge of economic and social impact measurement approaches and of applying these in practice. Knowledge and experience of social research projects and methodologies will be essential as will strong numerical analysis skills and the ability to evaluate project savings arising from complex social interventions and experience of working with large and complex datasets. Personable and confident with excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to influence people at all levels you will have the ability to lead workshops, focus groups, interviews and semi-structured focus interviews that sometimes involve working with vulnerable people.
