Salary: £19,800 per annum pro rata
Based: Walsall, West Midlands   

Hours: 1x Full time 37hpw / 1x Part time 21hpw
Duration: Fixed Term until 31/03/2020

You will need formal qualifications and/or experience that demonstrate a thorough understanding of health promotion and prevention activity including healthy lifestyle choices and the social determinants of health and wellbeing.  You must also have the ability to forge relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
