Job Details
The Trussell Trust has two overarching responsibilities: to provide an excellent service to people referred to our network of foodbanks, but also to ensure that foodbanks do not become a permanent part of the UK landscape. The Head of Marketing & Communications will play a crucial role in ensuring the charity fulfils both.
Through the development of a communications strategy and leadership of Media and Marketing teams, the role will help equip The Trussell Trust to deal with increased demand, while keeping us in the forefront of the national conversation on social and traditional media as we call for change to reduce and eventually eliminate UK hunger once and for all.
Please submit your application no later than 12pm on Wednesday 8th August 2018. We reserve the right to close early or extend this date depending on the number of applicants.
Interviews will be held in the week commencing 20th August 2018 in London, but some flexibility to allow for summer commitments at this time of year can be arranged so please do apply if you fit the bill but aren’t free that week!
Please note, incomplete or speculative applications will not be considered.
