Prospectus are proud to be partnering with a leading sheltered housing provider, striving to help homeless young people build firm foundations by facilitating their independence and integration into society. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Specialist Health and Wellbeing Manager to help oversee the organisation's Psychological Wellbeing Programme, a 3 year Big Lottery funded programme providing a range of psychological and therapeutic approaches to help move customers through recovery.

The primary purpose of this role will be to assist in the setup of the programme, including literature, making connections, staffing, reporting and developing the procedures needed for the programme. The will also entail providing supervision to the team, including 2 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and one Volunteer Peer Coordinator. You will work with customers to co-produce a variety of workshops, events and the wider programme to ensure the programme is being delivered to the right target audience. You will also design a monitoring framework for the Specialist Health and Wellbeing programme, developing the service and responding to feedback.

The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification (Counselling, Therapeutic or other relevant area of work), and will have demonstrable experience of managing a service for people with complex needs. You will have experience of managing others working with people with mental health issues and addictions, and will have extensive experience of working in partnership with a range of organisations. You will also have experience in co-production and developing programmes that respond to change and needs, and of delivering programmes using psychological or therapeutic frameworks.
