It’s an exciting time for our client as they work towards their Corporate strategy, Next-Gen 2017-2021 and focus on growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.
 
They are currently looking for a Lettings Coordinator who will be responsible for the accurate administrative support for the end-to-end Lettings journey and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving progress throughout the journey from termination to sign-up.
 
As a Lettings Coordinator, you will ensure that every property going through the lettings process is successfully transitioned from termination through to sign up, liaise with internal and external customers, including; contractors, local authorities and statutory agencies and ensure the maintenance of accurate records within all relevant systems.
 
You will create high quality, fair adverts that make people want to bid on their properties through the Choice Based Lettings system and Private Let environments, whilst ensuring that at all times, applicants are fully informed and advised regarding that property and their expectations as their future landlord.
 
They are looking for a team player who has the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to deliver an efficient service. Their ideal candidate will have previous experience in letting properties and using choice Based Lettings System and Advert creation. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and work well within a team.
 
Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work occasional evenings/weekends.
Resident Positive – We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
