Their Employment and Training team is responsible for employer engagement, business enterprise development and supporting educational attainment within their communities and neighbourhoods and they have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Work Coach to join their growing team.

In this role you will support customers into sustainable employment and guide them to develop their confidence and employability skills.  Working across their communities in Walsall, you’ll deliver activities and recruitment sessions whilst providing mentoring and coaching support using a caseload management approach.

You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with learners, and build positive relationships with partner organisations. You’ll also need experience in a similar role and a level 3 IAG or equivalent mentoring qualification.
