About this job
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity. You will be responsible for working with local volunteer groups and other local networks partners to increase the reach and impact of our client's services and support for people with and affected by MS, ensuring that local groups and other local networks deliver in line with quality standards and follow policies and procedures.

As a Local Network Officer you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to achieving goals and an understanding of impact and performance measurement and its importance in service development.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with teams of volunteers involved in managing and delivering services; experience of increasing the reach, effectiveness or impact of a service and an understanding of change cycles and experience of working through change.

The post will cover the following areas:
Hampshire and Dorset although there will be some travel across the whole of the South area and occasional travel to London.

You will be joining our client at an exciting stage of its development and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly team.

The organisation offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a 35 hour working week, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.

As these roles cover large geographical areas you will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
