Citizens Advice is working to ensure that as many people as possible can benefit from high quality advice services through web-based applications, email and phone channels, as well as through face to face delivery.

You will lead a team to ensure the successful management and continuous improvement of our client-facing services. In this exciting new initiative you will be part of a friendly and dynamic team supporting the implementation of new multi-channel services through the network of Local Citizen Advice across England and Wales.

You will have experience of operational management in a contact centre environment, delivering projects and managing key stakeholders.
