Job Details

Harris Hill are pleased to be to be working with Eden Project, recruiting a Marketing Manager who will lead the design and delivery of the organisation's marketing strategy. You will manage a small marketing team, lead projects across the full marketing mix and develop brand values.

Key responsibilities include:

-Take the lead on the development of the organisations brand and wide marketing strategy. With the view of growing mass participation.
-Working closely alongside colleagues and external partners in the creation of innovative marketing programmes, key to this is attracting new audiences.
-Manage the execution, delivery and evaluation of marketing and communications campaigns and programmes. With a focus on building and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
-Research and select potential partners for the organisation to collaborate with.
-Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all is spent efficiently and in accordance with the marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

-Degree level education is essential.
-Demonstrable experience working in a Marketing (manager) position, leading on a full range of marketing activities from advertising to sales and promotion.
-This candidate will be highly innovative and creative and have a strong understanding of consumer/community trends.
-This candidate would have experience managing budgets.
-Line management experience.

This is a fixed term contract until December 2021. The closing date for applications is Friday 20th July. Interviews will be held in central London the week following this date.
