Background
This is a varied, high profile and interesting role leading a team of 15 paid staff and over 100 volunteers providing a critical support function for the local communities.
With a dedicated Board of Trustees and a clear strategy and Business Plan, Citizens Advice South Worcestershire have the key foundations in place from which to develop.
The Person
We are reaching out to attract an experienced people manager with outstanding relationship and strategic skills who is highly self-motivated with a strong sense of mission and vision. The successful candidate will have experience of project management, strategic development and business planning, and the ability to identify and develop new funding opportunities. We seek someone with excellent communication skills with demonstrable experience of working with a range of key stakeholders.
