A major UK charity
The role:
To lead the charity’s public affairs work including implementing the overall strategy of engaging and influencing Westminster, Whitehall, the bodies in the devolved nations, regional and local government.
To line manage 6 staff in London and across the devolved nations
To react to opportunities in a strategic way to further the goals and aims of the organisation.
The candidate:
A background of successful public affairs work with expertise and knowledge alongside a creative approach.
Experienced in putting into action events and activities that influence key political targets.
Solid line management and leadership experience.
Deadline: As soon as possible.
