Position: Safeguarding and Quality Officer
Location: Flexible in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £28,283 per annum (actual) - £32,908 per annum (actual) - Depending on location
Closing date: 5pm on Thursday 19th July
Interview date: Wednesday 15th August, London
About the role:
The role of the Safeguarding and Quality Officer will be to provide expertise, advice and support across the Society, enabling our people to provide excellent services to people affected by dementia and their Carers. The role of the Safeguarding and Quality Officer will champion the needs of those affected by dementia, ensuring that best practice safeguarding and quality principles are embedded within the work of the Society and the services they deliver.
About you:
They are looking for someone with experience of working within a quality framework/to service standards, who demonstrates the ability to relate these into practice. This successful candidate should also demonstrate experience of collaborative working, working on their own initiative, successful planning and time management. The role will also require the post holder to travel independently with some occasional national travel.
