This fantastic international development charity are looking for a campaigns and community professional to come and join their team. Within this fantastic role, you can look forward to coordinating and delivering the charities public and community mobilisation, which supports the charities advocacy and supporter engagement activities. You will be responsible for devising, developing and evaluating a community mobilisation plan and will play a crucial role in the recruitment and development of relationships with supporters of Islamic Relief, including community activists, leaders and groups and faith leaders. You will be driving advocacy messages and mobilising individuals to encourage them to attends events, organise community discussions and lobbying their elected representatives.

The ideal candidate will:

Be an experienced campaigns, communications or advocacy professional
Have experience in engaging with local communities
Have good project management experience
Have good interpersonal, networking and people skills
