Could your digital skills help us improve health and care services?

Healthwatch England is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. We aim to help improve the quality of services by letting the government and those running services know what people want from care.

We are looking for an experienced manager who can help us understand the digital needs of Healthwatch; this includes our local network of 152 organisations. You’ll be required to work with key stakeholders and suppliers to apply your creativity and help develop and deliver effective digital solutions that will change the way we work for the better.

If you’re successful, we’ll need you to drive forward and help lead the digital strand of our newly developed five year strategy. You’ll also be a key individual who can identify, procure and develop the systems that will help us organise and promote people’s experiences of care. The role also includes the provision of ongoing system support and development for our network as well as improving capability.

You’ll need a track record in successfully delivering digital projects and ideally have technical expertise in CRM and web, using the Drupal platform. We will also be looking for proven ability in defining how data is stored, used, integrated and managed across these and other IT systems. Ideally you’ll also have experience of managing multiple projects and suppliers, preferably within a varied and complex organisation, membership organisation or federation.
