Job Details

We are looking for a Senior Mid Value Manager to lead on the strategic development of the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) mid value 'Heart Pioneers' programme, which currently focuses on individual donors giving between £1,000 and £5,000 per annum.

You will manage the Development Executive and work together on delivering a world class programme to ensure that the mid value income stream continues to meet its ambitious growth targets through an excellent supporter experience putting the supporter at the heart of the programme.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, proactive and decisive, as well as committed to achieving targets. You'll have the ability to work collaboratively and to be open to new approaches and alternative means to accomplish results.

To be successful in the position, you will have excellent written communication and numerical skills. With excellent time management skills you'll have the ability to work to very tight deadlines across multiple campaigns and projects in a dynamic environment.

You'll have proven experience and significant expertise in developing and implementing a successful mid value fundraising programme, and a track record of managing complex supporter relationships and developing supporter journeys.

It's an exciting time as you'll be joining a passionate and highly skilled team of fundraisers, during the implementation of our exciting fundraising strategy with many opportunities for personal development and learning.
