Job Details
I am working on behalf of a prestigious membership organisation who is hoping to appoint individual Giving Manager on an install 18 month FTC.
This year the organisation will celebrate its 90th birthday and move to new headquarters at London Bridge.
I am seeking outstanding experienced individual to capitalise on fundraising opportunities by developing and delivering an individual giving campaign to the Fellows and Members and other associates, to support the creation of our new home.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and launch a Donations campaign from individual Fellows and Members and other associates.
Building on your previous experience, advise and construct innovative approaches to fundraising objectives.
Devise and implement a strategy to ensure that the fundraising targets are met or exceeded.
Assess suitable HNW individuals from our Fellows and Members
Advise on and capture other related donor pools
Work with the marketing and web team to publicise the campaign
Encourage a culture of giving within the College
Advise on software to enable donations e.g. Text to give.
Ensure internal systems are in place to receive and acknowledge donations
Event follow up ensure all payments are processed, thank you letters etc.
Deliver to financial targets
Create and deliver a Legacy campaign
Assist in the delivery of large scale special event
Essential Criteria
Experience in individual giving campaigns
Strong track record of delivering financial and non-financial targets
Experience of cultivating and maintaining productive partnerships and relationships
Strong networker, highly personable and professional
Creative
Strong organisational skills
Experience in a professional development or membership organisation- Desirable
Experience in organising successful fundraising events in the charitable sector-Desirable
