Job Description

The successful Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

  • Developing the legacy campaign strategy with the support of the Supporter Development Manager
  • Devising and implementing new legacy fundraising initiatives
  • Controlling and coordinating legacy acquisition campaigns including DRTV, digital and face to face channels
  • Ensuring the fundraising campaign processes are followed
  • Briefing agencies/suppliers to produce legacy marketing campaigns, literature or content
  • Working with the media agencies
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Supporting a direct report with their day to day activity and deliverables
  • Managing the database of contacts and complying with the GDPR policies and procedures
  • Obtaining competitive quotes, raise purchase orders and validate and approve supplier invoices
  • Monitoring and reviewing campaign costs against budgets

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

  • A degree or CIM/IDM qualification or extensive relevant experience
  • Previous experience or DRTV and digital campaign management
  • Experience managing a direct report
  • Previous legacy fund raising experience would be highly beneficial
  • Previous agency management experience
  • Events management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM system/writing data briefs
  • Empathy for the cause
  • Initiative
