Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with Frontline to recruit Salesforce Technical Administrator to work as part of a newly established technology team.

Frontline Changing Lives transform the lives of vulnerable children by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in social work and more broadly across society. Now in its fourth year, the Frontline Programme works across London and the South East, North West, North East and West Midlands, developing the leadership skills of first line social work managers.

The successful candidate will act as the technical lead for the organisation and be responsible for designing and implementing changes within the system. They will drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation, ensuring changes are well-designed, implemented securely, and that the system and data architecture are future proofed. Furthermore, they will provide technical Salesforce expertise to the Salesforce Business Administrators and working closely with the Technology Manager in expanding their understanding of relevant systems, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. Ultimately increasing engagement and adoption of Salesforce across Frontline.

To be considered for this role, it is essential to have experience of Salesforce administration and configuration along with troubleshooting and support knowledge. You are required to have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Short-listed candidates must have Salesforce experience and knowledge, ADM201, ADM211 and DEV 450 certification is desirable.
