Our client is looking for a passionate, caring Registered Manager to join their team at their Health Care Home in Nottingham. The homes provides long term services for 12 people between the ages of 18-65.
 
You will be responsible for providing an overall management function for 16 Support Workers and Care Assistants to assist them in providing a comprehensive, person centered service. Working alongside an Assistant Manager, you will manage the delivery of our services against agreed performance targets, ensuring that we hit key performance indicators (KPI’s)  as well as statutory quality and health and safety requirements. You will manage performance through budget setting and monitoring as well as regular management reporting.
 
The successful candidate will have substantial experience within a management position within a social care environment and as such will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of principles and working practices within a social care environment. You will naturally be attuned to the needs of your service users and will be able to use your previous experience and knowledge to deliver an excellent service that is compliant with regulatory standards.
 
You will be educated to a minimum of Level 3 in NVQ or QCF Diploma qualification in Management/Leadership, Health and Social Care, Housing or hold another relevant qualification and will be able to demonstrate a good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
