About this job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Grants Manager to join a small, established Grants team. You will be responsible the delivery of a good quality Grants service to the MS Community across the UK, together with leading a programme of modernisation, embracing technology to improve the customer journey and grant giving processes moving from paper based to on-line applications and responses.
The organisation is looking for an upbeat, dynamic individual with a passion for high quality service delivery, excellent management skills who can positively manage change within an established team, and who isn’t afraid to test new ways of working in order to continuously improve service provision.
All services are designed to achieve meaningful impact for the community and are co-produced by people affected by MS. The post holder must be inclusive, have strong communication skills and be confident to work with a diverse cohort in order to ensure that the Grants programme and service meets the need of the community.
The charity offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a 35 hour working week, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
