I am working on behalf of a leading health charity who is hoping to appoint an Innovation Manager on a permanent basis. You will play a strategic role within the fundraising team and be responsible for growing income through developing new fundraising products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of team to develop an innovation strategy
- Develop a new product pipeline
- Develop a culture of test-and-learn trial, analysis and optimisation
- Gather high-quality, actionable insights that can be translated into improvements for existing products and into opportunities for new product development
- Be the single point of contact across the charity for all matters relating to fundraising innovation
- Propose, agree and own the innovation budget. Monitor income and expenditure including on-going re-forecasting
- Work closely with the Communications team to provide exciting, creative and engaging marketing materials and appropriate PR support
- To keep a watching brief on outside charity fundraising products, looking for opportunities and potential for development

Essential Criteria:
- Creative, innovative but strategic analysis skills, with the ability to assess opportunities
- Excellent skills in analysis and be highly numerate
- Have the ability to present information to a range of stakeholders
- Have the ability to build, manage and develop relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in large and complex cross-functional teams
- Strong awareness of, and ability to use, innovation and new product development techniques
- Significant experience working at a senior level within fundraising (or other income generating/product development function
- Experience analysing data
