Job Details

Trace are looking for a Financial Assistant to join a large media company based in central London. This is an all-round Finance Assistant role and will be involved in many aspects of the departments work. It’s a rapidly growing business which is taking on greater direct responsibility for delivering agency production work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Logging invoices onto the system and performing weekly reviews of the invoice log
  • Resolving any invoice queries from suppliers and reconciling supplier statements
  • Responsible for the posting of fixed asset additions
  • Assisting with the processing of invoices for overseas entities
  • Processing of credit card statements and processing staff expense claim forms
  • Ensuring that the purchase ledger is closed in accordance with month end reporting
  • Assisting with month and year end procedures.

Key skills / qualifications:

  • Accountancy and finance degree
  • 1-2 years working in a finance function
  • SAP desirable but not essential
  • Confident and outgoing – will be required to communicate with non finance staff
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills
