Hours: Full time – 37.5 Hours per week (including Saturdays)

Location: 1. Chorleywood and 2. Rickmansworth

If you want to work with a great retail team which helps the local community, we’re looking for two target-driven Shop Managers in each of our shops located in Chorleywood and Rickmansworth to run the day-to-day operations of the shop.

In this role you will work closely with a Senior Retail Manager.

To succeed in the role, you will need to:

…be a great communicator – to build relationships with customers and with your team of volunteers and displaying the values of the hospice

…have a good grasp of retail – target driven with a good understanding of the factors that drive shops income.

…be great with systems and processes – with a firm grasp of financial procedures and how to run a smooth retail operation.

…enjoy working in a trading environment – where you can show creativity and people skills to make your weekly targets.
