Partnerships Senior Coordinator

Harris Hill are delighted to be recruiting the next Partnerships Senior Coordinator at a fantastic disability charity based in Central London. This position is a 6 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave and will require you to work closely with the Senior Management Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the administration and communications function
• Act as the first point of contact for the Senior Management Team
• Manage and support projects across the organisation
• Ensure that the database is maintained
• Support the recruitment of new staff members
• Line Manage and coach the Project Support Team
• Ensure that the organisation is in line with all necessary policies and procedures

Essential criteria:

• Educated to A level standard or the appropriate experience
• A demonstrable track record in provision of administration in a project environment
• Experience of line managing staff members and monitoring KPI's
• Experience of data entry and use of databases
• Willing to travel and stay away overnight from time to time
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder's and senior members of the organisation
