Job Details

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and accomplished Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our high performing digital team to own and lead our CRO strategy and roadmap. You'll work closely with digital marketing channel and content leads and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for conversion rate and search marketing optimisation across our conversion points online. You'll thrive on understanding how customers think and behave online and a specialist at driving testing, insight and optimisation practices to drive conversions.

Leading on designing effective A/B and multivariate testing using in-house and third party tools to analyse audience interaction with our sites and develop evidence based recommendations, you'll take ownership for delivering these optimal experiences into live production, collaborating with product managers and UX/UI leads on long term CRO improvement roadmaps.

You'll also lead best practice for CRO and SEO across the business, providing informal mentoring and coaching to marketers as well workshopping techniques, tools and practices with a range of business stakeholders.

About you

Degree qualified in a business, marketing, creative or related commercial discipline or significant equivalent industry experience you'll have advanced knowledge of personalisation, AB MVT and CRO tactics and JavaScript coding skills.

You'll be able to take a strong data-driven approach and have an understanding of analysis and conversion, as well as familiarity with mathematical modelling and demonstrable Excel skills.

With extensive experience in analytics and optimisation you will have worked with large content sites and be familiar with content management systems. You'll be highly organised, methodical with excellent attention to detail. Results orientated able to thrive on improving results, you'll be positive, energetic and have the tenacity to see improvements through to completion
