Senior Digital Business Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Business Analyst who thrives working in fast-paced digital teams.
You'll capture requirements for new digital functionality briefed in from across the business and create high level designs, detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. Working closely with Product Managers, Technical Leads, key users and development teams you'll manage requirements and specifications through the end-to-end delivery of digital products and services.
You'll also support and diagnose issues reported by users and work with third parties or internal teams to ensure these are resolved quickly.
With working knowledge of Jira, Confluence for workflow management you'll have excellent communication and team working skills, able to broker business and product requirements into deliverable effectively scoped technical features and functionalities. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial orientated environment and engaging with senior business stakeholders at all levels.
You'll be effective at simplifying complex problems into easily understandable component parts with a methodical, analytical approach and be happy working collaboratively with a variety of teams, situations and across multi-disciplinary teams including UX, developers, testers and product managers to deliver requirements end-to-end.
