Debt Adviser or Trainee Debt Adviser
Salary: £19,000 to £22,500 (Dependent Upon Experience) Pro Rata Plus 6% employers pension contribution
28 hours per week
We are Citizens Advice Luton: a hard-working, quality-driven and successful team, working closely with our Luton Access partners. We have a strong focus on delivering the very best quality advice service to empower our clients. We use innovative, integrated approaches that enable us to deliver better outcomes more quickly and to high standards.
We are looking for an adviser, ideally with recent relevant experience in debt/financial advice, to join our busy money advice team. Training will be provided.
You will need good communication, organisational, casework and file management skills and be able to work on your own initiative. Applications from trained Citizens Advice assessors and advisers are particularly welcome.
