Description

  • Work closely with senior members of the team to manage and develop key client relationships
  • End to end brand project and campaign management, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and agencies
  • Counsel business owners on brand considerations and making recommendations, providing big picture thinking and appropriate ideas to projects
  • Consult with the client to identify marketing requirements and develop appropriate strategies
  • Work from intake to debrief collaboratively across strategy, planning, designers, production and the wider integrated communications team
  • Collaboratively generate workable concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and multi-channel communications across online, print promotions, videos, events and conferences
  • Oversee and review all projects from concept through completion, including performing market research, and signing off on all work prior to client presentation
  • Work with key stakeholders on the development and implementation of the brand to provide clear direction
  • Work closely with other Creative staff in an effort to share ideas, trends and other creative topics

Profile

Essential

  • Demonstrable end to end planning and project management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability develop and maintain effective client relationships and be an effective business partner
  • Digitally savvy with experience using tools to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations, as well as keeping up to date with latest trends in graphic design, web design, production, etc
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to gain consensus and drive projects through to a conclusion
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build consensus among various communications team members and technical specialists
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels and markets with an analytical mindset
  • Strong writing and communications skills with ability to articulate and present creative concepts and technical information logically, both internally and externally
  • A collaborative, proactive and flexible approach

Desirable

  • Experience of working in brand led transformation, in-house or agency
  • Degree educated in Marketing/Business discipline or similar
  • CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing or similar
  • Experience working within a B2C environment
