Job Details
My client, a leading urban innovation centre, are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide first class support to the CEO. You will demonstrate strong experience supporting at C-Level and the confidence to work with a CEO who has very high standards. You will be managing his diary, planning travel across multiple time zones, managing expenses and being the first point of contact for visitors and contacts of the CEO. Discretion and diplomacy is required here and you will be privy to confidential information. This is a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension if required.
