Job Details
I am currently looking for an experienced Administrator to work as part of a busy Fellowship team, reporting to the Head of Services and working closely with the Director of Fellowship for a Royal Society.
Main duties:
Coordinate the Life Fellows' Network, increasing their engagement with the society, and help to generate one-off and repeat donations.
Produce regular tailored communications to ensure Life Fellows are thanked for their support and kept up to date with the RSA's work.
Support clear ways for Life Fellows to engage with and support the work of the society. This should include organising an event or linking Life Fellows to other teams and with Fellow-led projects or networks.
Support the Director of Fellowship by providing administrative and logistical support to them.
Co-ordinate and provide support for the Director of Fellowship
Diary management: scheduling meetings; responding to invitations and ensuring necessary paperwork is available in advance of meetings;
Assisting with correspondence and reports, including drafting letters, formatting documents, preparing power point presentations etc.
Assisting the Director with projects (including the house development and fundraising) in other ways as needed.
Organising travel arrangements; booking tickets and accommodation.
Take minutes and actions for meetings
Processing expenses and liaising with accounts with respect to payments and the generation of invoices.
Coordinate general Fellowship Department administration, including coordinating and booking rooms for team and management group meetings and minuting meetings where necessary.
