Head of Fundraising

TPP's Fundraising and Development team are working with a prestigious membership organisation to support the search for a Head of Fundraising. This is a fantastic role, managing a small team of staff and taking responsibility for directing and managing the fundraising function, generating revenue and capital funding, and raising funds for major projects.

In this post you will be responsibile for:

- management, development, evaluation and operation of the department
- leading the organisation's fundraising activities through a strategic, planned and robust fundraising plan
- leading the strategy for a transformational capital campaign
- Contributing fully to the effective direction and management of the organisation, working closely with members of the Executive Director Team

In order to be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of effective fundraising leadership and successful relationship management. You will have substantial experience of high value fundraising across Major Gifts, Trusts and Corporates. You will also have a prior line management experience, and a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation as it applies to fundraising. You will be an excellent communicator, at ease building rapport and creating/maintaining strong relationships with stakesholders.
