Supporter Care Executive

Salary: £20-£22k per annum

This exciting opportunity will be working within an award winning supporter care team and will be helping to deliver excellent supporter care across Sweden, Norway, Ireland and the UK, further strengthening the relationship that Sightsavers has with its supporters.
It is vital that our supporters receive a high standard professional service that will lead to an enhanced relationship with Sightsavers, financially or not, and to encourage them to persuade others to join and support the fantastic work that we do. It is important that the post holder knows what matters to our supporters by offering enthusiastic and impressive customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service environment handling enquires via the telephone, letter and email. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and ensure service levels are met, is essential for this positon, as is an understanding of data entry, good typing skills and excellent inter-personal skills. Prior experience of working for an NGO is an advantage but not a requirement.
