A well-established and prestigious Membership body, they are looking to expand their online offering and remain ahead. A polished yet pleasant place to work, they want someone to add value to their B2C campaign.

Description

The role of the Digital Product Marketing Manager is an interim project blending strategy and operation. It is a global role touching a worldwide member base, so it would involve liaising with international marketing teams. This role will spearhead the the multichannel activities for this e-learning product, identifying areas of improvement and new initiatives. There will be some content curation to push out across paid and organic Search Engine and Social channels, as well as their Email platform.

Profile

  • The successful Digital Product Marketing Manager will be able to liaise efficiently with international teams and hold third-party agencies to account.
  • So you'll need strong interpersonal skills on top of technical ability.
  • On that side, creation and management of SEM campaigns is strongly desired, including interpreting and leveraging data on customer behaviour.
  • Ability to create and target realistic personas would be fantastic, as well as an intuitive understanding of which channels would be most efficient for each.
  • Hands-on operational ability with Social Media and Marketing automation is essential, and preferably you'll have directed (formally or informally) junior members of a team.
  • Ideally, you'll have experience of marketing a B2C product globally across digital channels.
