Prospectus is partnering with CLIC Sargent to support them in their search for a Supporter Innovation Manager. We are looking for an innovative individual who will allow the organisation to become truly supporter-centric across all income and engagement activity.

The Supporter Innovation Manager will be a key contributor to the successful implementation of CLIC Sargent's wider fundraising strategy and will therefore collaborate across a wide range of teams. This person will research supporter experience and interactions, monitor and analyse the experience and behaviours of supporters and through promoting evidence-based decision-making, will inspire and influence colleagues through rich insights, highlighting both areas for opportunity as well as any issues of concern. On an ongoing basis, the Supporter Innovation Manager will also spearhead the development of processes that will enhance the capture of supporter experiences at every stage.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading an innovative process from inception to launch using tested methodologies alongside strong skills in project management. Additionally, this person will be adept at utilising quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including conducting digital and face-to-face questionnaires, and facilitating participation and focus groups. This person will relish the opportunity to contribute to organisational and team objectives and will enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
