Description

The successful Marketing Executive will be responsible for:

• Devising and implementing new legacy fundraising initiatives

• Controlling and coordinate legacy campaigns

• Ensuring the fundraising campaign processes are followed

• Briefing agencies/suppliers to produce legacy marketing campaigns, literature or content

• Managing the database of contacts and complying with the GDPR policies and procedures

• Obtaining competitive quotes, raise purchase orders and interrogate and approve supplier invoices

• Monitoring and reviewing campaign costs against budgets

• Assisting the Legacy team on all adhoc work

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

• An education to A-Level standard or CIM/IDM qualification

• Previous experience in managing customer/donor relationships

• Previous campaign management experience

• Previous agency management experience

• Events management experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience using a CRM system/managing a large database of contacts

• Empathy for the cause

• Initiative

• Ability to travel in the UK and a current valid driving license
