ABOUT THE ROLE
The CRM, Supporter Stewardship & Fundraising Performance Team works to unlock Breast Cancer Care’s potential to build stronger relationships with our supporters and service users. This is achieved through analysing data to understand our audiences and drive decisions, as well as creating an inquisitive culture to facilitate progress across the organisation.
The Strategic Commercial Analyst will play a pivotal role in making Breast Cancer Care more data and insight driven in the way we engage our different audiences across the whole charity. This will be achieved through dedicated analysis projects, as well as creating new key performance indicator reports and working with teams to extract value from the data they include.
You will be responsible for delivering key projects - such as the Portfolio Analysis and Supporter Journey work stream – to improve audience engagement and increase income generation across the charity.
Working with other teams around the organisation (notably the Digital and the Evidence & Impact teams) you will also be instrumental in creating and implementing a vision for how Breast Cancer Care wants to use data to achieve its business needs.
By combining internal analysis with external benchmarking you will provide information to shape strategic decisions that ensure Breast Cancer Care remains progressive as a not for profit organisation.
You will need to be passionate about engaging supporters and service users so that they feel connected to the impact their support has for people affected by breast cancer.
