We are a growing organisation working with partners to improve the health and wellbeing of local communities, taking the lead for innovative new initiatives such as working with the NHS across West Kent to develop 'social prescribing' for thousands of patients.

This is a senior executive and high-profile role requiring both operational management skills and more importantly drive, vision and energy to shape the organisation, its current and future services. You will have significant influence, autonomy and impact as Deputy CEO of a key community organisation with over 5000 clients and beneficiaries, 350 volunteers and 40 staff.

Key skills; Finance, budgeting and reporting, commercial acumen, IT, data and technology, project management including systems and planning, business development, relationship building

Key attributes; positivity, energy, creativity, entrepreneurialism, compassion, intellect

Key experience; health and social care, non-profit or corporate sector, what matters is how you will transfer this experience to develop and innovate at Involve. You will have led and managed people, and designed, delivered and evaluated projects.
