Prospectus is a growing recruitment consultancy that exclusively supplies the country’s leading charities and we are looking for a Finance Officer to join our Operations Team.

Providing operational support across the company, the Operations team includes Finance, IT, Facilities and HR. Nimble and dynamic we are there to ensure excellent service provision to our colleagues and in turn the candidates and clients of Prospectus.

Our Finance team, which sits within this department, is responsible for all aspects of financial processing, control and reporting within the business. The purpose of this role is to oversee our temporary payroll process as well as managing our purchase and sales ledgers.

Working in a busy finance department which supports Prospectus internally, but also our candidates and clients, a finance background as well as some customer services experience would be beneficial.
