About the Opportunity
Pace is seeking to appoint a positive, enthusiastic and skilled Community Fundraiser to join our fundraising department. Working at Pace is extremely rewarding, you will be onsite and in direct contact with the children, young people and their families that directly benefit from your fundraising efforts. The wider Pace community are supportive and collaborative, and you will be working across the clinical, educational and strategic arms of the charity. The role will require exceptional relationship management working with a range of community groups, schools, clubs and individuals.
If you have a proven track record of outstanding supporter care, are innovative, proactive and compassionate, and you understand the value of excellent stewardship and are committed to improving the lives of children and young people with physical disabilities, then we would like to hear from you.
About Pace
Pace is a ground-breaking children’s charity that transforms the lives of children and young people aged 0-18 with motor disorders such as cerebral palsy, and their families. Fundamental to our approach is a belief in every child’s ability to learn and make progress, whatever the physical or sensory challenges they face.
The Pace Centre offers a range of benefits including a generous holiday package, the opportunity to be involved in research projects, expansion of your knowledge in a specialist setting, good work-life balance, on-site parking, a small and friendly team and a staff pension scheme.
Our Mission
Pace is a family centred charity which provides an innovative education for children with sensory motor disorders, based on the belief in every child’s ability to learn and tailored to their individual needs.
Our Vision
The Pace vision is that every child in the UK with sensory motor disorders, and their family, can access education and support services which are aligned with the Pace model and ethos.
