Fantastic opportunity to play a key role within this leading Christian charity’s dedicated Church Partnerships team, helping to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name.

They seek a dynamic leader to strengthen and grow their presence in the Midlands and Wales and build a team to support this.

The Church Partnerships team undertake a range of activities to enable the Church in the UK to come alongside the Church in the developing world as they live out their God-given calling to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children in need.

You’ll need a proven track record in sales and marketing and an understanding of the aspirations of church leaders and the challenges they face in their ministry. An effective communicator and networker, the successful candidate will need to be a confident and enthusiastic public speaker, passionate about the importance and value of internal and external stakeholders and able to organise his/her work and inspire a well-functioning, productive, creative and collegial team.

Job Purpose 
Lead the Church Partnerships team within the Midlands & Wales. To develop, mentor and manage designated Partnerships Managers (PMs) & Assistant Partnerships Managers (APMs) to maximise the organisation’s profile, influence and impact within your Region and achieve the agreed Regional goals and acquisition objectives.

Key Outcomes

  1. Promote and maintain the charity’s Christian Ethos and Values;
  2. Contribute to the development of the Church Partnerships Team strategy;
  3. Develop a Regional Partnerships Team structured and motivated to meet CUK’s desired outcomes for the Church Channel within that region;
  4. Maximise acquisition potential within designated region from churches.

There is an occupational requirement for an active Christian faith for this role. The successful individual must have a full UK driving licence.

This is a permanent home-based role, 35 hours per week on a flexible working pattern, which includes some weekend commitments. In order to make best use of your time, candidates should ideally be currently living in the region.
