Prospectus are delighted to be working with a charity whose mission is to alleviate poverty in the UK to recruit for an Individual Giving Fundraiser. Their focus is to raise awareness of the causes of poverty and the impact it has on young people, and develop strategies for its eradication and prevention. They are seeking to bring about policy changes in the UK to help families with children in poverty, and help educate them to what income they are entitled to receive.

The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be responsible for developing new products and driving an acquisition programme through digital and direct marketing techniques to grow their existing supporter base. They are looking at overhauling their regular giving acquisition campaign, developing an annual and three-year acquisition strategy, a challenge and third party events calendar and this position will be responsible for bringing it all together into an improved supporter journey. They are looking for someone to work four days a week at around £26,000 to £28,000 actual and offer 30 days annual leave with the four days over Christmas and bank holidays on top.

The charity is looking for someone who has experience in direct marketing, producing copy for, and working on acquisition campaigns. They would ideally like to find someone who has previously work for a poverty or social welfare cause and has a passion for tackling inequality but this is not essential.
