Major Donor Executive
Contract Type: Full Time (part time may be considered)
As a Major Donor fundraiser with extensive experience in generating income from high net worth individuals, you will play a key role in managing and building the prospect pipeline to grow income. You will work closely with the CEO to solicit large gifts from our most influential supporters.
You will have first class interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to inspire and negotiate. You will be directly responsible for managing, including the administrative tasks, of stewarding the League’s most influential donors and prospects.
You will execute the Key Relationships strategy with the Partnerships Manager and Head of Marketing & Fundraising, looking at ROI and new fundraising methods to drive future support. You will use innovative fundraising solutions across all donor touchpoints to drive income generation.
The League is Britain's leading charity working to stop animals from being persecuted, abused and killed for sport. The League was instrumental in helping bring about the landmark Hunting Act. We manage sanctuaries to protect wildlife, carry out investigations to expose law-breaking and cruelty to animals, and campaign for stronger animal protection laws and penalties. We work to change attitudes and behaviour through education, fact-based videos, scientific reports and public engagement events.
