Fancy working in a charitable organisation where innovation is prioritised and failure is positively celebrated as a necessary road to success? Come join an exciting new team at the Children’s Society where you’ll manage an innovation pipeline using insight as a core driver and use a mix of methodologies, including Business Model Canvas, for which you’ll receive training.

This post sits in the Supporter Experience team within our ambitious new Supporter Impact and Income Directorate and you will play an integral role in helping us to implement our transformational new approach to supporter engagement. Together we will connect, inspire and mobilise people and communities across the country to give their time, money and voice to our cause, collectively transforming the lives of vulnerable young people.

This is a crucial role in delivering a new 5 year Supporter Engagement Strategy that will build a dynamic growing movement of people collectively transforming the lives of young people through their actions.

Innovation will be a major enabler of this strategy and has been identified as one of five core goals on the path to success. You will help deliver an innovation pipeline aimed at generating value with our core supporter segments to help achieve financial and non-financial objectives.

Working in the Supporter Income and Impact Directorate you will work closely with fundraising, communications, partnerships and our beneficiary programme delivery departments to ensure delivery of a fast moving pipeline with a joined-up approach to innovation.

While the role will capacity build business as usual teams to deliver incremental change to the performance of the current portfolio, the focus of this role will be to build and  test completely new propositions, aiming for the truly disruptive, and at least, delivering completely new income and engagement lines for new supporters.

Vacancy closes: midnight 6th July 2018.

Please note that applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. And interviews may commence prior to the advert closing date.
