Job Details
A much-loved Children's Charity is seeking a Philanthropy Manager to join there Major Giving Department.
The key focus will be to develop one to one relationships with individuals in grant making trusts and statutory bodies. You will nurture these relationships and enthuse donors with the work of the charity to maximise income in the long term. You will manage an active portfolio of around 50 trusts and statutory donors or prospects.
To be successful in this role you will be tenacious and confident in approaching grant making bodies, as well as prospecting for new supporters and stewarding existing donors. Experience of developing high-value relationships and using major giving techniques to secure income is vital to the role.
