CRM Officer
For over 50 years our client has been campaigning to create a world where all farm animals are treated with compassion and respect. To help achieve this goal, our client has expanded into Europe and beyond, with offices now in France, Italy, Poland, Netherlands and USA, with additional representatives elsewhere. In support of this expansion, our client has recently completed a project to implement a new global CRM system based on the world’s number one CRM system, Salesforce.
Their international headquarters are in Godalming near Guildford, a picturesque market town on the banks of the River Wey. They occupy modern, bright open plan offices just two minutes’ walk from Godalming station and 45 minutes by train from London Waterloo,
Position: CRM Officer
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Job Type: Full Time, 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 to £24,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the role:
An exciting new role for a CRM Officer has been created within the CRM team, for someone who can support all of their offices in their use of Salesforce through carrying out regular data housekeeping routines, importing donations, creating mailing files for fundraising activities and providing support for all users of the system.
The role is anticipated to be primarily based at our clients international headquarters in Godalming, Surrey, however there is some flexibility possible for a mix of office and home working.
About you:
- You will have experience of using a CRM system and be confident in the updating and manipulation of data
- Ideally, you will have experience of producing queries, mailing files and carrying out data imports
- An understanding of the necessity for data housekeeping and ensuring the accuracy of data held is essential, alongside a desire to learn new skills and build your knowledge of CRM systems
- Previous knowledge of working with Salesforce would also be a distinct advantage
